We love a good party. From bridal parties to bachelorette parties, from birthdays of all ages to corporate groups, and from girls getaway weekends to moms-on-the-go mani dates, Buff + File will strike the perfect balance between celebration and relaxation for your group.

Groups of 4 or less:
We suggest that groups book appointments in advance to ensure that guests can be accommodated at one time. Appointments for groups of 4 or less may be booked online (book Downtown or book at Portsmouth Green) or by calling the salon.

We answer all inquiries within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from us, please check your email’s spam or junk folders. Card On File Agreement

A credit card held on file is required to book all group appointments. There is no charge prior to the service date, however the card on file will be used to enforce the Cancellation Policy if necessary (see below for policy). Buff + File Event Concierge will contact you after form submission with confirmation information and to collect credit card info within our secure booking system.

Cancellation Policy

We must enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy for large groups or any members of large groups. Charges will be applied for: • services canceled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment • services booked for guests who do not show up on the day • switching from two services to one upon arrival at the salon (ie: from mani/pedi to just mani) is considered a cancellation without notice and charges will be applied • In any of the instances above, a charge equal to the full amount of the cancelled service total will be applied to the card on file.

Gratuity Policy

For all groups of 5 guests or more, 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the prices listed on our group service menu (PDF is linked above under "Groups of 5 or more").

On Time Arrival Agreement

Please ensure that all group members arrive on time to your scheduled appointment to allow us the time needed to complete your nail services. If your group is running late, please call to notify us. In some cases of lateness, services may be accelerated and full price will be charged. If groups arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to relinquish your appointments to clients on our wait list or walk-in customers.

Additional Policies

Beverages are permitted, but NO FOOD is allowed in the salon. Masks are optional. Please note we are following all CDC guidelines which currently recommend that only fully vaccinated people go maskless indoors.
